CURRENT
Cheap City
Cheap City is a dance punk band I play in with Paul Schmelz, Cody Gagen, and Brendan Blendell. You can listen to our work at cheapcity.bandcamp.com. Cheap City is a real place and we’re just here to sing about it. You can read all about the culture and history of Cheap City, which I didn’t make up, at cheapcity.org
Dollhouse Lightning
Dollhouse Lightning is my record label. We put out cassettes, CDs, and sometimes vinyl for all sorts of artists ranging from hardcore punk to folk rock to contemporary classical. All of the DHL content is stored at dollhouselightning.com
Strange Trace
I’m the music director for this opera collective called Strange Trace, which I founded with Felix Aguilar-Tomlinson, Erin Matthews, Joshua Scheid, Frances Kruske, and Elena Stabile. We specialize in filmed opera, host an annual short works festival and put on feature length productions, all of contemporary opera. Check it out at strangetrace.org
Boston New Music Calendar
Boston has an extremely active contemporary classical music scene with no central hub. To that end I helped create the Boston New Music Calendar, which lists all the new music events in the Greater Boston area that we can find. Bostonnewmusiccalendar.org

Niffin is my experimental hardcore band with Aaron Jay Myers, Stefanie Lubkowski, Steven Moreno, and Brian Church. Our first album, False Tongues came out in 2020. We are at niffin.bandcamp.com

FORMER
Dérive
From 2012-2018 I sang and played keyboard, guitar, and accordion in an extremely silly and absurdly loud punk band. We put out two full length albums, a whole pile of EPs, and toured way way way too much. We only played all ages shows, put out a free arts zine (which still exists in my computer and will find its way back to the internet someday), and raised a lot of money to help soup kitchens, shelters, and students. All the music is still there: https://derive.bandcamp.com/
